As I just posted a story on outdoor skating rinks in New York City (Oct 11), I recently learned that our nearby charming downtown district of Red Bank. NJ will again be transformed into a Winter Wonderland for a day with . There will be an outdoor ice skating rink, a life-size Snow Globe, and lots of other fun activities including a scavenger hunt, and holiday bazaar.

There will be a synthetic ice skating rink where you can skate across Broad Street between White and Monmouth Streets. There will also be a 15-foot snow globe in which you and your family and friends can step inside and get a picture taken from the outside. You can also go on a festive scavenger hunt or do some holiday shopping and get seasonal gifts, crafts, ornaments, and more from the wonderful local businesses at the Holiday Bazaar. Lastly, there will be plenty of delicious food available from the town’s 80+ eateries and restaurants.

So get into the holiday spirit and come out and enjoy some fun-filled holiday traditions!
