The Southern Connecticut Skating Club will host its first Solo Dance Series competition. In the past, the dance competition was part of the Southern Connecticut Open (including freestyle) but given the increasing # of ice dancers registered to compete in the National Solo Dance Series every year, the club had to make solo dance a separate competition event.

NSDS SOLO PATTERN DANCE: Preliminary, Pre-Bronze, Bronze, Pre-Silver, Silver, Pre-Gold, Gold, International
NSDS COMBINED DANCE: Juvenile, Intermediate, Novice, Junior, Senior
NSDS SHADOW DANCE: Preliminary, Pre-Bronze, Bronze, Pre-Silver, Silver, Pre-Gold, Gold/International
PARTNERED PATTERN DANCE: Pre-Juvenile, Juvenile, Intermediate, Novice
PARTNERED FREE DANCE: Pre-Juvenile, Juvenile, Intermediate, Novice, Junior, Senior
