SKATE INTO SPRING!

Come out and celebrate Easter weekend by getting free skating lessons and enjoying a figure skating exhibition.  I will lead an open house free skating event at the Middletown Sports Complex in Middletown, NJ.  My goal is to increase local awareness and participation in U.S. Figure Skating programs and attract new families to the world of skating.

It's always a great time to skate!...and never too late to learn a new skill!

'THE ICE IS CALLING'
I am a Girl Scout Senior and currently working on my Gold Award project.  I chose to address the global health issue of obesity in children and, of course, will use my passion for skating to help tackle this growing concern.  I will lead a National Skating Month open house event at the Howell Ice Arena in Farmingdale, NJ  and educate my community of the many health benefits of skating.  I hope to increase local awareness and participation in US Figure Skating programs and attract new families to the world of skating.  My event will be a great way to kick off the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang, South Korea.
